Their shared passion for education brought business partners Mark Noorzai and George Huang together to start Achieve Goals in early 2014.

Mark Noorzai has been an executive at several high-tech companies over the past 20 years.  Mr. Noorzai sits on the Board of Directors of five firms ranging from high-tech to sports & entertainment companies.  Mr. Noorzai provides years of international business experience in technology operations, business relations, mergers & acquisition, and strategic & capital partnerships. He has been the CEO at four technology firms.  Mr. Noorzai was a two-time All-American soccer player at Denver University and has coached at a number of universities including Harvard University.  Mr. Noorzai has studied at Harvard University and has a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Denver University and an MBA from Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

George Huang has around 15 years of experience in economic development in both the non-profit and government sectors.  Currently he is focused on several start-ups involving software development, technology commercialization, and Achieve Goals.  Prior to these business ventures, George was the economist with the County of San Bernardino Economic Development Agency and Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation.  George received his B.A. in economics, magna cum laude, from Harvard University in 1995.
